The SMAI Swivel and Spring Mount is a commercial grade mounting system for all punch bags. Featuring a high tensile roof mountable hook with bearings, the spring takes pressure off the roof. Installation requires the mount to be affixed onto a load bearing structure such as a roof bearer or concrete ceiling.
